Advisory Board:

The advisry board consists of members who advises the executive board on issues and plans that will benefit the foundation as a whole.  The Advisory board will not be able to vote on issues but may express concerns and ideas to the board.  If for any reasons a member of the executive board is not present.  The president may ask one of the advisoy board member to step in on a temporary basis.
